Colonel Dwight Sullivan, Chief Defense Counsel – Office of Military Commissions (2005-2007)

I had the privilege of writing about Colonel Sullivan in the spring of 2006 and then meeting him later that fall. He was the Chief Defense Counsel in the Office of Military Commissions from 2005-2007 (he left this summer and Army Col. Steve David is the current Chief Defense Counsel).
