Hamdan’s Mental State Causing Trial Preparation Issues
In his New York Times article, “Detainees’ Mental Health is Latest Legal Battle,” William Glaberson chronicles in today’s issue the difficulties that Lt. Cmdr. Brian Mizer (counsel for Salim Hamdan, who I interviewed prior to the Boumediene case back in December) has been having in preparing for Mr. Hamdan’s trial scheduled to begin on May 28th.
