Judge in Khadr Case Replaced

William Glaberson reports in today’s New York Times, Army Judge is Replaced for Trial of Detainee, that chief military judge, Col. Ralph H. Kohlmann replaced Col. Peter E. Brownback III with Col. Patrick Parrish in the Khadr case.
